My Story…
The Mount Barker and Semaphore RAW groups keep me motivated to get out and run even when it all feels too hard and I love being an encouragement to others on their running journeys each week. Surgery on 14th November means no running for me for more than 2 months so I want to run as much as I can in the first 2 weeks of November and support IMF in body mind and spirit!
